Within each of us is an inner guide. This inner guide is your natural remedy for peace and calm.
To hear this inner guidance system:
Sit quietly every day for 10 minutes.
Let go of any expectations.
Just sit for 10 minutes and be still.
Pay attention to your breath.
Notice your body.
Be with yourself without any judgment.
Repeat the above for 21 consecutive days. After, 21 days of this simple practice grab a journal.
Answer the following questions:
What needs to be released within me? (emotion or mental baggage)
What do I need to let go of that is blocking my happiness or vitality? (resentments, fears, etc)
How can I trust in life more? (more courageous or vulnerable)
What do I believe to be true and good about who I am?
Repeat this again and again. Sit, Breathe, Be Still. Reflect.
