This practice was originally created exclusively for my monthly Soul Subscription community.
During class, I’ll guide you through the opening theme, breathing, intention and yoga postures. Throughout the 3-30-minute class I’ll share queues and teachings to help you become more aware of your focus, intention and energy.
These are tools that will also help you live with more ease and joy beyond the yoga mat.
A spiritual axiom is that life is happening from us, not to us. Science is now proving this ancient teaching to be very very true.
