Hi, I’m Joy
In my teens I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. At 26 I was diagnosed with PTSD. This triggered a life-altering desperate desire within me to learn how to be more in control of my life - especially my mind and emotions. I’ve spent the last 22 years learning, practicing and teaching spiritual principles and scientific techniques which have literally reengineered my life from the inside out. I’m a new person because I have retrained my brain, body and perceptions. Instead of quick-fix solutions focused only on symptom relief I have found proven techniques that continue to equip me with the resilience and mindset to end patterns that were at the heart of my anxiety and fear. What I teach is a technology for wellbeing and happiness.
