Change Your Operation System: The first phase is about the perceptions, beliefs and stories that are driving you. Each of us has an operating system within us. We have programmed or been programmed to think, believe and feel in a specific way based on our past experiences and circumstances. You’ll discover how to rewire and change mental, emotional and physical patterns that are limiting you. You’ll learn to dive deeper within yourself beyond the habitual reactions. If you want a new experience of life you can’t continue to think, believe and feel the same way you did yesterday. You’ll gain awareness and tools to take responsibility for what’s going on inside of you and learn how to stop negative and limiting self talk and projections.
Alignment & Awareness Upgrade: This is the phase where you’ll transition from working on yourself to really knowing yourself. You’ll learn tools and practices to help you engage in a meaningful and transformative relationship with who you truly are. With awareness of who you are beyond the habitual thoughts, beliefs and stories you’ll gain power and insight to experience life differently. When you align with a higher perspective it expands not only your viewpoint, but your wisdom, clarity and ability to respond and choose. You’ll discover how to let go of resistance and train your focus and attention. You don’t experience life as it is, you experience life as you are. Alignment more than effort is the way to ease and joy.
Life Lessons & Lifestyle: In this phase you’ll get sincere about the commitment it takes to live with freedom and ease. This is not a quick fix system, therefore learning from past experiences and understanding how to navigate thought life’s constant change and uncertainty is vital to anyone who has experienced anxiety, stress or overwhelm to the point where it has interfered with quality of life. Life is your greatest teacher. Life is happening from you, not to you. You’ll discover tools and practices to help you connect with life, yourself and others with more confidence and joy.
Moment by Moment Mastery: This phase is all about daily practice and a positive perspective. Without daily practice and a positive vibration it’s easy to fall back into old patterns without even noticing. No matter what is happening around you, what matter the most is what’s happening within you. You’ll learn tools to catch negative self-talk quickly. You’ll discover how to change those thoughts immediately and sustain the new focus and attitude. This doesn’t mean you aren’t grounded in reality. It means you’re learning to choose the reality you live in.
