The ultimate diagnosis we face today is disconnection. Yes, we are a "plugged in" society, but not to the most important outlet we have, our Soul. Fulfillment is our Soul's deepest longing. No matter how much stuff we collect, if we aren't fulfilled we'll always be longing for more.

C.A.L.M. Coaching is a spiritual and science-based program that inspires you to reconnect with your inner guidance system (yes, you have one!). It is rooted in the most essential and life-enhancing teachings from positive psychology, neuroscience, yoga tradition and spiritual psychology - and my own life experience.

Choose Your Experience Take control of your life. You can choose to experience life anyway you want when you know who you truly are and how to transform your energy and operating system. In this phase you’ll learn how to take responsibility for your beliefs, focus and choices. That is always where you have the most power, no matter what.

Aligned Action: When you align with a higher perspective it expands not only your viewpoint, but your confidence and the actions you take. Alignment is about getting clear on what you want and the commitment to believe it. You don’t experience life as it is, you experience life as you are. This phase is about commitment, clarity and confidence.

Lifestyle Mastery: Life is continuously changing. life is hard sometimes. So how do we stay C.A.L.M? When you know who you and what you want, because you’re plugged in, you stop looking outward for permission for how you should feel or react. Instead, you choose and respond. in this phase, you’ll learn how to use everything in life as your opportunity, not a problem.

Mindset Mastery: This phase is all about daily practice and a positive perspective. Without daily practice and consistent positive emotional vibration it’s easy to fall back into old patterns without even noticing. No matter what is happening around you, what matters the most is what’s happening within you. Your mindset is like a mirror reflecting back to you what you already feel, think and believe. If want a new reflection you have to change the mindset. This doesn’t mean you’re not grounded in reality. It means you’re learning to choose the reality you live in.
